I started this business simply by saying yes to the things that stirred something in me: dance, literature, photographs, and ultimately film.
Training in ballet taught me how to move and observe. Studies in classical languages and literature taught me how to listen. Both taught me how to tell a story.
Weddings drew me in because they hold everything I care about: emotion, meaning, and connection. I film and photograph to honor the moments that feel small but stay with us. The ephemeral gestures and sounds that give our stories meaning.
I no longer work under a studio name; I work independently, allowing me to stay close to the work and even closer to the people I serve.

As a Vancouver Island wedding filmmaker, I create films that echo the words spoken, the silences that followed, and the emotional beats of the day. What emerges is layered, lasting, and faithful to what’s true.
The values that underpin my approach are simple. And they guide everything I do.

Integrity means staying true to the footage and making the most out of what I see. I’m not here to mold your story into something it’s not or twist your words to fit a narrative. Instead, my role is to notice what others might miss and reveal its meaning. Even as the light fades or the weather turns, I look to find the beauty that’s already there.

Weddings evoke deep emotions: joy, anticipation, love, and even vulnerability. But, after 10+ years of filming weddings, I know that not all of it belongs in the final story. So, I trust my intuition. If something feels too raw or doesn’t serve the memory, I'll give it space. What develops is a film that honours the emotion of your day without ever exploiting it.

The arts I grew up around influence my approach to film. Music, ballet, and classical literature taught me to value precision, patience, and the beauty of restraint. Today, I treat each wedding film as its own bespoke work of art, handled personally from beginning to end. Nothing is outsourced, nothing is rushed. Instead, each is composed with skill, passion, heart— and held to the highest standards.
